We just wanted to say thank you so much for making the cake and mini cheesecakes for our wedding last week!! The mini cheesecakes were a HUGE hit and everyone raved about them! And the birch log cake for us was not only beautiful, but tasted amazing!  We have successfully frozen some of it for our first year anniversary :) but we thought it was delicious.
